  • Managing and training any Commis Chefs
  • Monitoring portion and waste control
  • Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
  • Follow HACCP guidance to enhance assurance of food safety
  • Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure, friendly, non-political working environment.
  • To maintain the company's professionalism and your position, the company does not allow workplace relationships.
