Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Loan Executive to manage our loan portfolio, ensure timely repayment, and assess applicants’ creditworthiness. This role combines customer relationship management, financial analysis, and risk assessment, contributing directly to the company's financial health and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loan Repayment & Collection
  • Monitor and track repayment schedules for all clients.
  • Proactively follow up on overdue payments via letters, calls, emails, and SMS reminders.
  • Resolve payment-related issues and provide clear repayment instructions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and legal counsel to escalate and manage overdue cases.
  • Prepare regular reports on overdue accounts, recovery status, and collection efficiency.
  • Credit Assessment & Portfolio Review
  • Analyze applicants’ financial profiles, including income, liabilities, assets, and credit history.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend approval or rejection of loan applications.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation before submission.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Provide professional support to clients regarding loan products, repayment options, and account balances.
  • Work with clients and sales teams to handle payment issues, loan restructuring, and modifications.
  • Offer financial advice to help clients manage their loan commitments effectively.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Adhere to all company policies, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and payment statuses.
  • Generate periodic reports on portfolio performance and credit risk analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, legal, and operations teams to streamline loan processes.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement of loan products and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
  • Good understanding of loan operations and credit management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in *Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)*.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
