Customer Data Analyst

About the Role As a member of the Customer Data Enabler team within Customer Success organisation, you will:

• Ensure that Swift customer contact information is kept up to date to effectively engage the right persons for business driven purposes, in collaboration with customer facing teams
• Contribute, under guidance of more senior team members, to provide data insights allowing to improve overall data experience.

What to expect: As a member of the Customer Data Enabler team within Customer Success organisation, you will:

• Ensure that Swift customer contact information is kept up to date to effectively engage the right persons for business driven purposes, in collaboration with customer facing teams
• Contribute, under guidance of more senior team members, to:
  • Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
  • Develop reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and successfully implement data-driven solutions
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business strategies and improvements
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain up-to-date documentation of data processes

What will make you successful?

• University degree in Computer Science, electronic engineering or equivalent. Post-graduate in Marketing / MBA or equivalent is an asset
• Typically requires 0 to 3 years experience, preferably in similar roles and/or industries
