  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies and other house supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Arrange housekeeping and bodyguard schedules and working details
  • Arrange and checking all the house and cars

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • MS Office ( Word and Excel )
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • Can speak fluently Mandarin and English
