Job Responsibility
- Inbound Call Handling â Manage incoming calls with effective sales techniques while delivering a positive customer experience
- Consultative Selling â Use a solution-focused approach to uncover customer needs and recommend the right products or services
- Solution Delivery â Resolve issues within the defined Scope of Support (SOS), or guide customers to third-party or paid solutions as needed
- Troubleshooting â Perform basic product diagnostics to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Performance Metrics â Consistently hit performance goals, including First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, .NET Promoter Score, and New Sales
- Interpersonal Skills â Show excellence in communication, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Sales Experience â Minimum 2â3 years in consultative or solution-based sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Language Requirement â Native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English (both are mandatory)
- Product Knowledge â Strong understanding of client products, services, and industry-specific needs
- Sales Background â Proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, with hands-on use of CRM tools and effective client relationship management
- Incentive-Based Experience â At least 1 year in a target-driven role with commission, bonuses, or KPI-based rewards
- Location Requirement â Must be willing to relocate and work onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Training Provided â Comprehensive onboarding and role-specific training to set you up for success
- Working Hours â Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM, following the schedule of the serving country
- Language Allowance â Additional pay offered for required language proficiency
- Commission â Performance-driven commission structure to reward your results
- Housing Allowance â Relocation support provided for candidates from outside the country
- Accessible Location â Office is easily accessible, located near an LRT station
