About The Role

Reporting to the Customer Development Group Team Leader you will be responsible for leading the business plan, achieving sales targets and growing market share from a market leading pharma retailer.

Critical to this exciting role, is an ability to work within a team. You will be a key member of the Pharmacy team and work very closely with all functions of the business to drive growth outcomes.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Building and managing successful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Development of joint business plans, including promotional strategy & action plans to close customer gaps, including post-event analysis and recommendations
  • Lead future growth opportunities
  • Monitoring sales and distribution performance, particularly for new products, and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement
  • Implementing and maintaining Category Management initiatives within customers, developed in partnership with the Shopper Development Manager
  • Coordinating special events in co-operation with Marketing and Retail Marketing

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry.
  • Someone who is able to demonstrate success in the grocery channel in relation to negotiation, analytical ability, building long-term relationships and you will hold a high level of commercial and business acumen (including a strong competency in the use of Microsoft Office and IRI Temple/Nielsen).

Education

  • Degree qualified
