What You'll Do
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer engagement or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Remuneration Rage: RM7000 to RM12,000.00

What You'll Do
- Serve as the central catalyst between prospects, customers, and the sales organization—designing, executing, and refining engagement programs that accelerate pipeline development, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop multichannel outreach strategies (email, phone, social, events) tailored to buyer personas and sales stages; optimize timing, messaging, and follow-up schedules
- Lead targeted engagement campaigns, personalized communications, and automated sequences—ensuring high-touch prospect experience and consistent messaging.
- Create and deliver tools, workshops, collateral, and scripts to equip sales reps in prospect engagement and objection handling.
- Work with marketing and events to ensure campaigns and field events are tightly aligned with pipeline goals—supporting promotion, lead follow-up, and performance measurement.
- Define and track KPIs (e.g. leads conversion, leas to test drive) analyze results, and iterate strategies based on metric.
- Evaluate and implement sales engagement platforms; integrate with CRM; streamline workflows for efficiency and personalization
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Services to align messaging, content, and enablement efforts—ensuring seamless buyer journeys
