Our Client is looking for a passionate and results-drivenCustomer Engagement Manager (Sales)to lead their efforts in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving customer engagement programs and process to support sales achievement.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the central catalyst between prospects, customers, and the sales organization—designing, executing, and refining engagement programs that accelerate pipeline development, drive revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop multichannel outreach strategies (email, phone, social, events) tailored to buyer personas and sales stages; optimize timing, messaging, and follow-up schedules
  • Lead targeted engagement campaigns, personalized communications, and automated sequences—ensuring high-touch prospect experience and consistent messaging.
  • Create and deliver tools, workshops, collateral, and scripts to equip sales reps in prospect engagement and objection handling.
  • Work with marketing and events to ensure campaigns and field events are tightly aligned with pipeline goals—supporting promotion, lead follow-up, and performance measurement.
  • Define and track KPIs (e.g. leads conversion, leas to test drive) analyze results, and iterate strategies based on metric.
  • Evaluate and implement sales engagement platforms; integrate with CRM; streamline workflows for efficiency and personalization
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Services to align messaging, content, and enablement efforts—ensuring seamless buyer journeys

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer engagement or related field

Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With CRM Tools

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Remuneration Rage: RM7000 to RM12,000.00
