We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Customer Marketing Intern in our Moët Hennessy Malaysia office.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting the first week of March 2026.

How you will contribute…

Trade Events & Activities :

• Support the department on all trade activities and business needs, including promotional campaigns and internal needs.
• Collaborate with Brand and Commercial team to execute trade activities.
• Coordination of marketing collaterals and activations tools.

Point of Sales Materials (POSM) :

• Coordination of the timely distribution of POSM to trade partners, ensuring proper tracking and delivery.
• Provide support in the implementation of action plans designed to manage and reduce Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) POSM.
• Prepare POSM maintenance & inventory report.

Free of Charge (FOC) Bottles :

• Coordinate the end-to-end process for FOC bottles requests, including order processing, inventory checks and shipment arrangements.
• Ensure accurate documentations and reconciliation of FOC bottles inventory.
• Prepare monthly FOC bottles report.

Brand Ambassadors (BA) :

• Provide support in tracking the bookings of BAs for all trade activities.
• Ensure accurate documentations and reconciliation of FOC bottles inventory.
• Prepare monthly FOC bottles report.

Monthly Reporting :

• Support and assist with daily administrative duties.
• Prepare and compile monthly competitive activities.
Generate monthly trade activities reports

• Communication Skills : Improve both written and verbal communication skills through interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Project Management : Learn to contribute to the planning and execution of training/trade tasting including setting up for the event and managing timelines.
• Teamwork : Collaborative effort with both brand and commercial team in ensuring seamless execution.

• Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Are self-driven, meticulous and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Marketing.
