Customer Operations & Business - Intern

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations & Business Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day business processes while learning how operational efficiency and business decisions are shaped through customer feedback and service data. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain real-world experience in customer success and business operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via chat, or internal tool
• Support the team in organizing and analyzing customer feedback
• Help document FAQs, SOPs, and customer support workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, or tech) for issue resolution
• Monitor customer experience metrics and provide insights for improvement
• Contribute ideas to improve customer journey and business operations
• Take part in weekly team syncs and contribute to project discussions

• Strong interest in customer service, operations, or business development
• Good communication skills in English & Chinese (written and verbal)
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team
