Job requirements:

  • Answer customer question/after sales service call
  • Follow up internally to solves customer issue/complaint.
  • Follow up and assist customer enquiries
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Other duties assign by superior

Requirement

  • SPM/STPM/diploma/degree holder preferably with at least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles are desirable especially when dealing with customer conflicts
