Responsibility

To prepare Tenders and Quotations and follow up with customers and prospects.
To prepare all Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices to customers.
To handle the E-perolehan system (Government and PPUM)
To prepare Packing Lists and arrange for the transporter to be assigned for the deliveries to customers.
To follow up on deliveries and ensure customers are satisfied.
To solve customers’ issues, enquiries and complaints to the best of ability and in a professional manner.
To churn out Weekly Activity Reports to the Finance & Accounts Manager and MD.
To prepare weekly reports to the MD on quotations sent out.
To key-in armboard stock.
To help with packing of armboards as and when the need arises for urgent delivery.
Any other ad hoc assignments as and when arising.
