Retail Customer Service Responsibilities:
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Job Requirements:
1) Possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in any discipline
2) Have a pleasant and personality with good service mindsets.
3) Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4) School leavers are encouraged to apply.
