1. To cover sales of company Parts product to new and existing customers.
2. To gather customer database and analysing customers' and market needs. The main target sectors are transporter, oil palm plantation, timber company, forwarding company, forklift, tractor and generator prospect.
3. To follow up and respond to sales enquiries such as quotation, ordering and delivery.
4. To submit weekly customer visiting report and business activities plan to Management to review.
5. To assist on record keeping in order to provide historical records on customers' inquiries.
6. To investigate problems, prepare report, develop solutions and make recommendations to Management in order to resolve customers' complaints.
7. Any other works and duties as required and assigned by the company from time to time.
8. We are seeking for candidates that proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
