We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at INTERWAY Transport Sdn Bhd.
As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and resolving customer inquiries to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Accurate data entry skills for maintaining records and tracking shipments.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of shipping processes, freight, and supply chain operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to assist CHINA customers and partners.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
