Job Responsibility
- Respond to customer messages across various online platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Shopee, Tiktok etc.)
- Assist in handling member inquiries and orders
- Support basic admin tasks related to customer management
- Must be equipped with own laptop
- Able to read and write in Mandarin, English, and Malaysia
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Good communication skills and responsible attitude
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online tools
- Prior experience in online customer service is a plus (With higher salary)
