- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with operations and transport teams to ensure efficient fulfilment of customer requirements and resolution of service issues.
- Track and monitor deliveries, proactively addressing any potential disruptions or delays.
- Follow up on complaints and ensure effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in meeting client Service Level .
- Demonstrate initiative by going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations, while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Minimum STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Emotionally resilient with the ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult or demanding customers.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or 3PL industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding situations tactfully and professionally.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform well under pressure.
- Highly attentive, proactive, and solution oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management systems.
