Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process customer orders and enquiries according to internal processes and work instructions.
  • Daily collaboration with internal stakeholders on order delivery and stock availability.
  • Support the team and lead improvement teams involving process and cost optimization.
  • Tracking and recording customer complaints, and proactively acting upon to achieve claims reduction.
  • Regular daily and monthly reporting.


Requirements:

  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management.
  • Good Communication Skill.
  • Basic SAP and Excel Knowledge.
