Job Responsibility
- To assist customer and provide good customer service experience to customer.
- Provide immediate solution and channel issues to the right platforms if possible.
- Escalate customer complaints and compliments in timely manner.
- Replying inbound call, email and live chats.
- Minimum SPM and above
- Language Requirement: Excellent in English in terms of verbal, written and comprehension
- Fresh Graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply â Full Training Provided
- Must be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
