Job Responsibility
- Assist customers via phone, emial, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Explain features, specifications, and benefits of products (Cameras, printers, imaging devices).
- Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Minimum SPM.
- Fluency in Mandarin & English (Verbal & Written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fixed shift (Mon-Fri 7:30am-7pm Sat 8:30am-2:30pm)
- Training provided
- EPF, SOCSO
- Nearby LRT station
