- 作為客戶的主要聯絡點，確保及時且準確的溝通。
- 以專業、及時的方式管理客戶查詢、投訴和服務請求。
- 與營運和運輸團隊聯絡，確保有效滿足客戶要求並解決服務問題。
- 追蹤和監控交付，主動解決任何潛在的中斷或延誤。
- 跟進投訴並確保有效解決和客戶滿意度。
- 支援團隊滿足客戶服務水準。
- 展現主動性，盡力超越客戶期望，同時保持專業和同理心。
- 至少持有 STPM 或商業管理、物流或相關學科的文憑。
- 情緒適應能力強，在處理難纏或苛刻的客戶時能夠保持冷靜和鎮定。
- 擁有 3 至 5 年的客戶服務相關經驗，最好是在物流或 3PL 行業。
- 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 具有很強的人際溝通能力，能夠巧妙、專業地處理棘手的情況。
- 能夠執行多任務、管理優先事項並在壓力下表現良好。
- 高度專注、積極主動且注重解決方案。
- 熟練操作Microsoft Office應用程式和物流管理系統。
