Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues and implement effective resolutions.
  • Actively listen to customer feedback and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Capable of problem-solving and conflict resolution in a customer service setting.
  • Practice active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Must be able to work Onsite in Petaling Jaya.
