About this Position Accountable for managing Reporting and Analytics topics to secure quality (accuracy, availability, transparency) and reliability, adopting customer centricity mindset within day-to-day activities (set and meet expectations, stress-free experience, maintain a positive & professional demeanor).

What You´ll Do

  • With a customer-centric mindset in ensure the quality (accuracy, availability, transparency) and reliability of reporting and analytics; Gather and analyse data from various sources to identify key themes and business impacts
  • Develop standard regional reports and analytics in alignment with CSX/CoE and support ad-hoc analysis to address specific business needs; Analyse existing databases and reports for harmonization, optimization, and automation opportunities. Support and training with the Global Analytics team
  • Support customer and market research by utilizing and performing relevant analysis techniques on customer feedback
  • Monitor CRM data quality to ensure effective customer retention and business development. Identify opportunities for new business and customer retention
  • Contribute to reviewing existing operations and generating ideas for continuous improvement; Support the implementation of customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes
  • Collaborate with internal partners to align priorities and meet customer needs
  • Plan activities to ensure business continuity and improve customer satisfaction

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Possesses at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Analytics, Big Data or IT.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership for addressing any issues that arise
  • Experienced In order to cash process and cloud-based solutions or ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently and excellent customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills in English language
