- 管理運輸文件手續，以確保準確性並符合公司和監管要求。
- 及時處理預訂並執行相關訂單。
- 監控並維護所有貨物的準確追蹤狀態。
- 與海外辦事處、代理商、航運公司和客戶進行有效溝通，確保順利協調。
- 透過電話和電子郵件處理客戶的詢問，提供及時且準確的答案。
- 透過解決問題並提供有效的解決方案，為內部和外部客戶提供回應支援。
- 維護所有文件的有序、高效的歸檔系統，以確保系統檢索。
- 執行管理層指派的任何其他職責。
- 與講普通話的客戶聯絡需要熟練普通話。
- 具備良好的英語和普通話（口語和書面）溝通能力。
- 無需事先經驗；願意學習並接受新挑戰至關重要。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請。
- 精通 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook）。
- 細緻、人際溝通能力強、口頭和書面溝通能力優秀、具有團隊合作精神和積極的工作態度。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作，並具有較高的抗壓性。
