Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Source products and liaise with suppliers to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
- Arrange the shipment of products from the warehouse to customers
- Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with general office administration and documentation tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as a team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
