We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support. This role not only focuses on delivering excellent service to customers but also involves coordinating with local and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support. This role not only focuses on delivering excellent service to customers but also involves coordinating with local and overseas suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Liaise with local and international suppliers regarding order processing, delivery schedules, and product availability
- Monitor and follow up on shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions and supplier communications
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, purchasing, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing reports related to customer feedback and supplier performance
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Administration, or related field
- Experience in customer service or supplier coordination is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers via email and calls
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
