Qualifications & experience

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and customer information
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Female Only(Chinese Speaker)
  • Age 25 yo and above
  • Mature and Professional and must Outstation to Resort at Semporna (every month)
  • experience in similar position at least 3 years
  • Minimum diploma in related

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Provide information about products, services, and policies.
  • Document issues and resolutions for future reference and quality control.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products and services to provide accurate information. Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve products and services.
  • Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
