About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Support professional to join the dynamic team at AIWIN DESIGN SDN. BHD. in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a Customer Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up actions are taken
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the Client & Sales Administration industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
