Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs, risk tolerance, and goals
Financial Analysis: Assess clients' financial situations to determine appropriate Takaful solutions.
Client Education: Educate clients on Takaful concepts, including risk-sharing, mutual cooperation, and Sharia compliance.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Claims Assistance: Provide support to clients during the claims process, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
