Customer Support Executive (In-house Sales)-Fresh Grad Welcome!!

Orbiting Scientific & Technology Sdn Bhd is the authorised distributor for a wide range of advanced scientific instruments and laboratory accessories in Malaysia since year 2000. Our customers include government laboratories, research institutions, universities, commercial testing laboratories and laboratories in the various industries such as oil & gas, oleochemicals, food manufacturers, pharmaceuticals and others.

We have immediate vacancies for :

The job of a Customer Support Executive is to use his/her technical knowledge to help the customers to purchase the right products according to their analysis requirement. Previous sales experience is not a pre-requisite as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided. An honest and hard-working Customer Support Executive with good attitude will enable him/her to earn a high income in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties of a Customer Support Executive include but not limited to: -

• Manage customer accounts and work with field sales team to grow the business
• Call to both existing and new customers to sell the laboratory supplies & accessories from Agilent and other renowned suppliers
• Response to customers enquiries and assist customers in the selection of products to meet their analytical needs
• Provide assistance to the customers on the products they purchased
• Liaise and maintain good relationships with users, laboratory managers and purchasers
• Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities
• Take part in the marketing activities such as exhibitions and set up booth during conferences/seminars

Our requirement: -

• Science graduate preferably majoring in Chemistry, who is enthusiastic in talking to customers on products for their analysis
• Working experience in sales or laboratory is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Responsible and able to work independently; proactive and result oriented.
• Eager to learn and willing to work hard to earn high income.
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently and have good interpersonal and communication skills
