Responsibilities：

• Lead and manage DPS-Malaysiya team to achieve business goals
• Promote a positive tem culture to foster DPS-Malaysiya team development and collabrative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-DPS and function teams to accelerate dataAI project develivery.
• Play pre-sales role to work with AP sales team for GTM (go-to-market) business to identify qualified business opportunity and converted into contracts successfully.
• Lead delivery resource of DPS-Malaysia to provide professional data service to drive intenral external project delivery success.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in data engineering and data analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Java.
• Strong understanding of data AI techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and proficient communication in both Chinese and English is necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Databricks, AI or related field is a plus.
