Data Analyst

Work mode: Hybrid Onsite Location(s): Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Summary

Supports the ASEAN Supply Chain team in achieving operational excellence by leveraging data to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights, as well as developing and maintaining dashboards for decision-making. The Data Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams across ASEAN to align data processes, support regional initiatives, and drive reporting efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ASEAN to standardize and align data processes.
• Support regional initiatives with data-driven solutions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance data collection, reporting, and visualization efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in all data activities.
• Provide technical support and training to stakeholders for data tools and dashboards.
• Perform other data-related duties or project-based tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Exposure to handling large datasets and ensuring data integrity.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
