Qualification / Experience / Skill Requirement
- Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of data management and analytics application.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
- Conduct business meetings with customers to determine project requirements and milestones.
- Compare operational progress against planned project objectives and suggest corrective actions for variances.
- Review the project information to identify the risks and opportunities and present it to the key leaders.
- Develop best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop positive working relationship with customers and other department staffs.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Qualification / Experience / Skill Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related.
- Preferably with 2 more years of analytics/BI experience.
- Experience in any of the following product will be an advantage: IBM DataStage, IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau BI Tool, Talend ETL Tool, SSIS.
- Manage customer communications for project support, AND project support services revenue.
- 2) Manage technology partner communications for technology updates and improvements
- 3) Assist in solution & technology Pre-Sales for POCs, presentation & demos
