Job Overview

Under guidance, provides monitoring and support of the production job flow in a multi-platform environment.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and internal tools to support data workflows.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for data inflow, transformation, and QC processes.
  • Integrate Python scripts with SQL databases and Excel files for end-to-end automation.
  • Automate file retrieval from email and SFTP sources.
  • Support the implementation of QC and bridging enhancements.
  • Assist in integrating new functions with existing legacy applications.
  • Document technical processes and create training materials for internal use.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to team members.
  • Monitor automation jobs and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in scripting, automation, or data engineering roles.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with Excel automation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical data is an advantage.

  • High attention to detail and structured thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good written and verbal communication, especially for documentation and knowledge transfer.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
