Job Title: Data Centre Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for data centre facility products and integration services such as power supply, HVAC, and integration management for data centre projects, identify key customers and market trends, explore, analyze, and manage sales opportunities for customers/regional data center service products, and develop and implement sales strategies.

• Take the lead in data centre bidding projects, including guiding customers to initiate projects, developing bidding documents, selecting and planning data center products, designing solutions, replying SOCs, configuring &customer quotations, and outputting related bidding documents. Contribute to the resolution of major issues such as solution strategy, customer understanding, competition, profitability, and deliverability.

Be responsible for customer clarification/negotiation, and be responsible for the overall project progress, document quality, solution competitiveness, and contract quality.

Job Requirements:

• Have at least three years of working experience and technical accumulation in the sales expansion, planning, design, or system implementation of the M&E system or related heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solution of the data centre.

• Be familiar with data centre facilities. Be familiar with the standards and requirements for equipment room construction, such as Uptime Institute Tier requirements. Be familiar with the overall solution of equipment room construction, technical knowledge on such as power distribution and HVAC, and have the preliminary design capability of a certain specialty.

• Be familiar with construction and solid works process of the data centre or telecommunication sites, have construction experience about ICT equipment room.

• Understand the service processes, supporting technologies, and business models of data centre external operations, such as web-hosting and co-location.
