Position Summary
The Data Visualization Executive will assist in the market research studies by preparing the research reports including the production of charts from the data tables, to ensure a smooth delivery of projects.
This role reports directly to the Manager of Data Visualization.

The Data Visualization Executive will assist in the market research studies by preparing the research reports including the production of charts from the data tables, to ensure a smooth delivery of projects.
This role reports directly to the Manager of Data Visualization.
What You Will Do
- Performing preliminary research on the therapeutic area or on the related medicine to understand the survey topic.
- Producing and creating PowerPoint graphic charts (shells) reports from computer data tables.
- Proofreading data tables to ensure number accuracy.
- Liaise with Researchers and Project Managers on the market research requirements and update on project status.
- Providing quality checks on reports to final delivery.
- Ensuring report charts meet best practice and quality standards.
- Participating in meetings to best plan the reporting slides of complex projects.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Science, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous.
