Job Responsibility
- Actively recruit and onboard new clients for equity trading.
- Provide clients with market insights, investment ideas, and trading support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage frequent trading activity.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic news, and stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage high.NET-worth clients, offering personalized stockbroking services.
- Stay updated on market trends, IPOs, derivatives, and wealth management opportunities.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or relatedfield(preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in stockbroking, remisier services, or sales in the financial sector is an advantage.
- Strong networking and persuasion skills to attract and retain clients.
- Basic understanding of stock markets, trading strategies, and investment products.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of equities, derivatives, structured products, and portfolio management.
- Excellent networking skills with the ability to engage UHNW (ultra-high.NET-worth) individuals and corporate clients.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain *relevant licenses*(e.g., CMSRL, FIMM)
