• The Deputy Manager for Connected Care initiatives is responsible in enhancing the end-to-end customer experience through the Clinical Care Orchestrator (CCO) and developing the disease- specific pathways such as cancer. This role ensures seamless integration of connected care solutions, collaborate with vendors and partners to implement necessary workarounds for the programme and drives marketing initiatives to promote the adoption of CCO and the disease management pathway.
• The Deputy Manager for Connected Care(CC) is to assist with the day-to-day activities and implementation of Connected Care initiatives within the medical business pathway. This role focuses on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience through the Clinical Care Orchestrator and setting up disease-specific pathways, e.g for cancer management.
• **CC in PruBSN provides curated hybrid journey for customers in seeking healthcare.
• To collaborate with the health partners and the appointed vendors to implement workarounds within the PruBSN process & drives marketing initiatives to communicate & promote the adoption of CC and the disease management pathway.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Connected Care Customer Experience:
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of the Clinical Care Orchestrator to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure seamless integration of connected care solutions across all touchpoints in the customer journey.
• Disease-Specific Pathway Setup:
• Lead the development and implementation of disease-related care pathways in collaboration with the operations and the technical teams including but not limited to chronic disease
• Collaborate with the partners and vendors to ensure the effective integration of disease-specific solutions within the PruBSN process.
• Monitor & analyse the efficacy and the adoption rate and adjust the strategies as needed to improve engagement and participation from agents and customers.
• Partnership and vendor Management:
• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to implement necessary workarounds and enhancements to the connected care platform.
• Communication with the stakeholders & promotion to drive adoption rate
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute communication plans and the marketing strategies to drive adoption
• Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Significant experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in disease management initiatives and patient engagement.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects, including vendor management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience in developing and implementing disease-specific care pathways, especially for chronic diseases and cancer management.
• Hands-on experience with integrating technology solutions in healthcare settings for patients & clients
• Tertiary education in Healthcare/Science/Medical or a related field.
• Relevant qualification in Project Management or similar field
• Proficiency in using healthcare technology & data analysis tool
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
