Responsibilities
- Help plan, set up and monitor campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, tik tok, etc.
- Develop engaging posts, visuals and captions aligned with the brand's tone and objectives.
- Monitor and manage daily activities on social platforms, respond to messages and comments, and grow audience engagement.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g; impressions, click-through rates), providing insights for optimization.
- Help build and segment email lists, create newsletters and track open/click rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update website content and ensure SEO best practices.
- Organize meetings, take notes and follow up on tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest social media and digital marketing trends. Suggest innovative campaign ideas.
- Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written skills (Chinese speaking & writing).
- Accurate with data and documentation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Proactive with a solution-focused mindset.
- Willing to learn and collaborate.
