As a Digital Marketing cum Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital and social media marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement. You will also oversee all social media platforms, communications on social media, and content calendar execution for our restaurant brands.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve increased brand awareness and business objectives
  • Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake of products and services
  • Manage all marketing campaigns across various digital marketing and social media channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create promotions (brochures, presentations, videos) and special events to drive sales
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Continuously update our websites with the latest products, promotions and news.
  • Improve our rankings on Google by implementing an SEO strategy.

Job Requirements, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field would be preferred
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Fluent in English, with a 10/10 in written English.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for food
  • The ability to be challenged on your advice and to accept criticism
  • Savvy with different platforms, including FB, Insta, Tik Tok, Telegram, You Tube etc
