Job Responsibility
- Create and implement comprehensive social media plans to grow brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Design and produce engaging content including images, videos, and copy to promote products, services, or events.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering positive relationships with the online community.
- Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and analysing performance.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) and provide monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to keep the brand relevant.
- Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in branding and align content with overall marketing goals.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Products, Final Cut Pro).
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
