Job Responsibility
- Work with HOD to plan, execute, manage, and monitor the companyâs website and e-commerce.
- Work with HOD to plan, execute, manage, and monitor the companyâs social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Work with HOD to launch online ads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Media, KOL, etc., to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Work with HOD to launch online and offline marketing programs.
- Maintain strict control over user access to company digital assets to prevent unauthorized usage.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, marketers, and designers to prepare content, images, and copy to attract targeted audiences.
- Deliver the monthly KPI according to the annual budget and goals.
- Measure and report the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web tools (Social Media, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, Canva, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
- Minimum Education: Diploma or Degree
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Excellent understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with websites, e-commerce, social media, FB Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, chat, and SEO/SEM.
- Working knowledge of web tools (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, FAM, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- Results-oriented, self-starter, and good team player.
- Working hours: 45 hours / week
