- Write engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials.
- Work with experts to turn complex real estate information into compelling stories.
- Lead our online marketing campaigns, including ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Analyze data to improve digital strategies.
- Create eye-catching visuals, videos, and graphics for property listings.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, building a vibrant online community.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to shape our business strategies.
- Language(s):Â Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum level of education: SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Years of experience: No experience required
- Experienced in Sales & Marketing is a bonus.
- Knowledgeable in editing websites, good skills in basic program like excel, power point, photoshop, digital marketing.
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Photoshop
- Knowledgeable in property investment & able to manage people & event is a BONUS.
- Eager to learn, team player, good PR and sales skills, outspoken.
- Driver's license: Car
- Availability for travel: Yes
