Your Role:-

• Plan and execute online campaigns (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Google Ads) to drive property sales leads.
• Create engaging social media content—posts, banners, and videos—using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Monitor ad performance, analyse data, and optimise for higher conversions.
• Pass leads to the sales team within 1 day and support their closing efforts.
• Visit project sites for content creation and market research if needed.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to support promotions, events, and campaigns.
  
  

What You Bring:-

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or related.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (property industry is a plus!).
• Good sales sense + creative eye for visuals.
• Skilled in Canva, Photoshop & basic video editing.
• Independent, idea-driven & ready to take ownership.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken & written) for Chinese market.
