Your Role:-
- Plan and execute online campaigns (Meta, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Google Ads) to drive property sales leads.
- Create engaging social media content—posts, banners, and videos—using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Monitor ad performance, analyse data, and optimise for higher conversions.
- Pass leads to the sales team within 1 day and support their closing efforts.
- Visit project sites for content creation and market research if needed.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to support promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or related.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing (property industry is a plus!).
- Good sales sense + creative eye for visuals.
- Skilled in Canva, Photoshop & basic video editing.
- Independent, idea-driven & ready to take ownership.
- Mandarin fluency (spoken & written) for Chinese market.
