- 總部位於雪蘭莪
- 建立、管理、監督和推動銷售工程師團隊在指導、解決問題、工作效率和士氣方面的表現。
- 提供支持和動力以實現組織目標。
- 每週召開銷售會議，回顧銷售活動的進度，並每月監控績效。
- 定期與銷售工程師一起檢視其最新客戶的進度，向其通報新的管理政策，並為總部提供遇到的問題的解決方案。
- 規劃、預測並實現銷售目標。
- 確保所有相關報告/文件準確並及時提交給管理層。
- 駐紮於吉隆坡分公司，經常在馬來西亞境內出差
- 電機/電子工程學位/文憑，最好具備2至4年的電子業銷售管理經驗。
- 最好具有電氣/電子設備相關領域的技術背景。
- 具再生能源和電池相關應用經驗者優先。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作並快速學習/吸收新技術
- 充滿活力、獨立且能適應多任務環境
- 擁有自己的交通工具並需要在馬來西亞境內旅行
