Purpose of role:
Digital Marketing Manager role will work on the Blackmores brand and will be responsible for digital marketing planning and execution in Malaysia, including digital media campaigns, influencer marketing, digital partnerships and social media. The role is responsible to own how our brand reaches, engages, and shows up through online advertising and owned and partner channels, ensuring alignment to our strategic goals, communication plan and brand keys.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, own and deliver key digital brand campaigns and always on digital campaigns, working closely with the brand team
- Align digital efforts and plans with the full year brand strategy
- Lead an agency to create content and paid media campaigns
- Advise on channel led digital marketing strategies and content optimisation
- Manage Blackmores Malaysia social media channels, with agency support
- Manage influencer marketing plans and oversee talent selection, briefing and content approval
- Execute digital and content partnerships
- Own the measurement, ROI and reporting of digital and social campaigns
- Budget management
- Support the digital and brand teams to identify key digital audiences and key channels
- Advise on best practice content optimisation
- Ensure digital marketing plans support consumer awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention
- Analyse campaign performance to uncover and prioritize key content opportunities, focusing on the most effective and high-performing asset
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising or any related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ experience working in digital marketing roles
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing plans (may include paid media, social media, content campaigns)
- Exposure working with Marketing Technologies (CRM, Google Analytic and etc)
- Experience in Working with Audience Data
- Experience leveraging social listening for insight
- Experience working with and managing a digital media and/or content agency
- A sense of independence to work individually and as a team player, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Passion for growth in business and a proven track record in generating, leading and converting opportunities
