Job Responsibility
- Assist with HR and administrative tasks (e.g., documentation and filing, preparing letters and memos)
- Provide support for administrative functions, such as data analysis and timely submission of reports
- Deal with incoming calls from clients
- Assist with operational matters, including replying to customer emails, preparing documents for suppliers, and creating invoices for customers
- Provide assistance to other staff members when necessary
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Able to handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and basic report preparation
- Able to handle customer communications (emails, calls) in a polite and professional manner
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of responsibility, good attitude, and willingness to learn
- Skills Required: Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Internship duration: Minimum 3 months (preferably 3â6 months)
