- 協助規劃、設定和監控 Facebook、Instagram、Tik Tok 等平台上的活動。
- 開發符合品牌基調和目標的引人入勝的貼文、視覺效果和標題。
- 監控和管理社交平台上的日常活動，回覆訊息和評論，並提高受眾參與度。
- 追蹤和分析績效指標（例如展示次數、點擊率），為優化提供見解。
- 幫助建立和細分電子郵件清單、建立新聞通訊並追蹤開啟/點擊率。
- 與行銷團隊合作更新網站內容並確保 SEO 最佳實踐。
- 組織會議、做筆記並跟進任務。
- 隨時了解最新的社群媒體和數位行銷趨勢。提出創新的活動創意。
- 目前正在學習工商管理、行銷或任何其他相關領域。
- 能夠管理多項任務並按時完成任務。
- 良好的口頭和書面表達能力（中文口語和寫作）。
- 資料和文件準確。
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Power Point）。
- 積極主動，以解決問題為中心的心態。
- 願意學習和合作。
