Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager in formulating, building lasting digital connection with property buyers and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Consistently conduct market survey and competitors’ analysis. Provide input and feedback to immediate superior to formulate marketing strategies.
• Understand the market trends and preferences of purchasers to propose marketing strategies that boost sales.
• In depth study of digital platform advertisement and propose solution to boost up sales.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Diploma in Digital Marketing/Online Platform or any equivalent discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing industry.
• Good in interpersonal, negotiation, sales and marketing and business writing skills.
• Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese is additional point.
• A strategic thinker and a problem-solver, effective time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Possess natural leadership qualities, excellent presentation skills and capable to work under pressure with positive attitude.
