DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (CORPORATE PLANNING)

Job Description

A Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the company's digital and social media strategies. Create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. This position must have digital and social media marketing and analytics expertise to support initiatives in driving customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.

Role And Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy — Create, plan, coordinate, and execute all company digital marketing and branding strategies;
• Campaign Management - Collaborate with other departments and/or agencies in managing digital campaigns across multiple digital and social channels;
• Social Media Channel Management - Maintain and improve the company's Social Media platforms to ensure high engagement, and product branding equity according to the branding strategy;
• Website Management - Maintain and improve the company website to ensure relevance and freshness according to the branding strategy;
• Reporting and Analytics — Analyze data, provide insight, improve strategies, and generate reports for the management review;
• E-Commerce - E-Commerce — Working with partners to monitor and update product content on our various E-Commerce platforms;
• SEO/SEM - Managing ail SEO activities such as content strategy: link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
