Job Description

Practice: Insights & Data practice
As a Director in the Insights & Data practice, you will lead strategic data transformation engagements across Industries (Banking, Insurance, CPR, TMT, Hospitality, E&U etc) sectors in Southeast Asia.

You will be responsible for shaping and delivering data-driven strategies, building client relationships, and driving business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Market Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives in various sectors across SEA.
Lead the development and execution of data and AI strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to regional revenue growth.

Solution & Delivery Excellence
Architect and oversee delivery of end-to-end data solutions including cloud data platforms, AI/ML, customer 360, marketing and digital analytics.
Drive transformation programs such as customer 360, demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, personalized marketing, intelligence automation etc
Ensure delivery excellence through agile methodologies, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment.

Practice Development
Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographies.
Mentor and develop talent within the Insights & Data practice.
Contribute to thought leadership, IP development, and go-to-market strategies.

Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement
Leverage emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, AgenticAi, data mesh, customer data platform etc) to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and technology partners to co-create solutions.
Represent Capgemini at industry forums, conferences, and client innovation workshops.

Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Deep domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance. Domain knowledge in Consumer Products & Retail, Telco Media & Technology, Hospitality and other non-financial services sector is a plus
Proven experience in leading large-scale data programs across multiple SEA markets.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), data engineering, and AI/ML.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a top-tier consulting or technology firm.
Regional exposure across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines).
Certifications in cloud or data platforms and digital intelligence e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS, Tealium, Adobe, GA, CEP will be added ad
